EEF Holding GmbH is an entrepreneur-led investment holding company headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, with an office in Berlin. Its core business is acquiring, holding, managing and selling equity interests in companies in Germany and abroad, in its own name and for its own account.
EEF also has expertise in strategic business advisory, financing structures and business development. Our ambition goes beyond providing advice at individual stages: we seek to understand the economic context, establish structures and professionally prepare decision-making processes.

In accordance with its registered corporate purpose, EEF operates primarily as an investment holding company. Equity interests are acquired, held, managed and sold in its own name and for its own account.
Its corporate purpose also includes authorisation-free strategic, business and financing-related advisory services, as well as business development. Activities requiring authorisation under the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz) or other regulatory provisions are not part of its registered corporate purpose.
